This year, the Harvard Undergraduate Women in Business club is proud to be hosting our 18th annual Intercollegiate Business Convention (IBC). We are proud to not only have this opportunity to empower college women through acknowledging our shared goals, but to contribute towards building a national and global network of business-minded future leaders. We aim to provide attendees with a wide-range of learning experiences by attracting top female business leaders from both traditional and non-traditional spheres and are looking forward to reintroducing our in-person component (in addition to our virtual component) for the first time since 2019.
